Photographs

A happy belated birthday to a friend! (I won't name her here, but she knows who she is!)

I love taking pictures and going through old (and new) photographs. I'm looking through digital photos from various computers, CDs, jumpdrives, and online albums. There are so many - but they are fantastic to look through. It triggers nice memories and feelings to see a familiar smiling face, or an interesting new place that a friend has visited, or a beautiful scenic background.

People are beautiful. It is amazing how much we experience in our lives, and how little we remember or are aware of, moment to moment. Taking a look at a photo helps to put this in perspective.
