Dearest friends,

Hope that you are all really well, and content with life.  Big congratulations to K-chan on her newborn.

The world seems at once unimaginably beautiful and also cold and disinterested. 

Funny how people and cultures seem to have such peculiarities, and yet, underneath, there are so many things universal across place and time.

That's all the philosophy I want to spew out at this moment. 

Today, I am enjoying the beautiful blue sky, working on some projects, and anticipating a run in this warm winter day, a reprieve from the cold.
