This is not a flower, it's really a llama

Yesterday, I took a very long and relaxing nap.  I woke up, feeling like a joyous llama grazing in a sunlit field, without a care in the world.

Then I realized where I was and a wave of to-do's and pending decisions hit me, and I felt discontent and nervousness.  I wondered why I had spent all day sleeping and enjoying instead of getting things done.

Then I realized that this was a silly attitude.  Perhaps, the carefee llama is the one with the better grasp on reality - of what is important and what is not.

It is important to take care of one's responsibilities.  But equally important not to lose sight of reality and get carried away in the process.  One can take care of their responsibilities without losing their peace of mind.
