Happy Valentine's Day!

Hope it was a nice one for all.


Got two nice surprises this week.  Evan burned a CD of some of my favorite songs.  Will be listening to this CD a lot :-)  My mom also visited me for lunch and brought idli and sambar - yum!  It was always a treat growing up when my mom made spicy, aromatic south Indian food (like dosa!)

A friend asked me to join her in this flash mob to speak out against violence against women.  At first I thought it was a feminist event, and then realized it wasn't about feminism at all - it was about human rights.
